Marisa Brugeyroux joined McDonald Vague in 2016. Prior to that, she practised as a litigation lawyer for more than 10 years. Over that time, Marisa gained extensive experience advising insolvency practitioners, businesses, and individuals on insolvency matters. She is experienced in dealing with business and individual creditor compromises (formal and informal), bankruptcy applications, and company liquidations.
Marisa holds a Master of Laws (Honours) in commercial law and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English and a minor in linguistics.
Marisa was Wild on Waiheke’s first “Guest in Gumboots”. Her craft beer was sold at Wild on Waiheke and was the fastest selling Tap 7 beer to date.
